The cross titled “Afflation” is a marvel of the jeweller’s art. Artisans of the Lobortas Classic Jewellery House have masterfully captured the beauty of the Ukrainian land, its charm, and spirit with gems and gold! The cross “Afflation” is akin to a flower gratefully opening towards the faith Sun. This faith is radiant, because Christianity is light. It is an eternal, relentless offering of devotion to the Lord and the divine realm.

The double-sided cross of Afflation – adorned with diamonds and rubies, it was crafted by the jewellers at the House of Lobortas with its ends caressed by the steppe breeze. The gentle wind stirs the coloured ribbons of maidenly wreath of wildflowers, scattering cherry blossoms in a summer blizzard.

Goldsmiths fashioned the second cross from amber. This embodies the Ukrainian language, fiery dance, and tranquil sky, before whose grandeur one feels compelled to kneel and exclaim: “Thank you, Lord!”
