There is a legend about a wolf that guards the path of dreamers and calls them on their journey along the night sky towards the glow of the full moon. His figure in silver resembles a guard who blends his voice with the silence of the night forest, opening up a passage for travelling through time and across his own visions. It is the very image that the seasoned professionals at the House of Lobortas have embodied in their jewellery composition of Hunter's Moon.

The sculpture has been crafted with exceptional attention to detail. The tense line of the outstretched neck, the open mouth, the flexible back and the muscular paws are rendered with subtle skill. Each strand of fur, modelled in silver, catches the light and reflects the chilly glow of the night. Engraving and polishing create the effect of a living texture, as if the coat is actually moving in the breeze and the wolf's body is filled with hidden movement.

The light, gliding upon the surface of the metal, emphasises the tense plasticity of the brute and lends it a sense of dramatic tension. The natural quartzite pedestal becomes an integral part of the composition – its massiveness and natural pattern resemble the rock from which the wolf raises its voice to the sky. Thanks to careful cutting and polishing, the stone acquires depth, becoming a symbol of solid ground supporting the night traveller.
