Ingenious goldsmiths at the House of Lobortas have captured this fleeting moment in nature, immortalising it in gold, classic jewellery enamel, and diamonds. As graceful as inspiration and as bold as freedom itself, the butterfly reveals two sides of its nature.

One of its wings is painted in delicate, radiant colours using hot jewellery enamel. The same patterns — now reflected — dance across the mirror-polished golden surface of the second wing, creating a three-dimensional illusion of movement and depth.

Engraved lines ripple like waves of air, trembling from the touch of fluttering wings. The butterfly’s slender antennae are adorned with tiny drops of light — precious diamonds; and wildflowers seem to exhale their fragrance all around.
