Inspired by the lake at the foot of the Alps in northern Italy — where the water holds the secrets of centuries and the dawn radiates with the hues of precious stones — the golden ring of Como captures the spirit of a place where eternal poetry resides.
At the head of the ring rests an aquamarine weighing 10 carats. Its surface mirrors that of Lake Como — just as calm, cool, and tinged with blue. As transparent as alpine air at morning’s rise, the stone holds within its depths the serenity of a lake reflecting the sky and mountain peaks. Light refracted through the aquamarine’s facets gives birth to a magical gleam, like a ray of sunlight gliding across the water — playful, alive, eternal.
Forty-three diamonds shimmer in harmony with the aquamarine, like dewdrops resting on the petals of a precious flower. Carefully set by master jewellers, the arrangement of diamonds encircling the central stone magnifies its brilliance manyfold, conjuring the illusion of rippling water.
The mirrored surfaces of the ring produce an optical effect that enhances the luminosity and depth of the gemstones. The lustre slides, multiplies, and reflects across facets and mirror-polished planes, creating a symphony of glimmers — a choreography of light and shadow that recalls the moment on Como’s shore when the sun kisses the water and the world holds its breath in an aquamarine pause.
The golden curves of the Como ring, joined with the radiance of its stones, compose a wondrous instant in which water, air, and light merge into a single sensation — deep, pure, and precious, like the mirrored stillness of an alpine lake.
