At the illustrious FollowUkraineShowcase exhibition, held as part of the Canadian-Ukrainian Business Forum, the exquisite creations of the Lobortas Classic Jewellery House were unveiled to a distinguished audience. Among the esteemed attendees were Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada; Chrystia Freeland, Canada’s Minister of International Trade; Kathleen Wynne, Premier of Ontario; James Temerty, a renowned Canadian businessman and philanthropist of Ukrainian descent; Stepan Kubiv, First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine; members of the Ukrainian diaspora; and other prominent figures from the political and business elite of both nations.

On the eve of the forum, June 19th, the House of Lobortas showcased its collection at the Fashion Ukraine charity fashion show, featuring the talents of Ukrainian couturiers. The evening’s honoured guests included Roman Waschuk, the Ambassador of Canada to Ukraine; Paul Grod, President of the Ukrainian Canadian Congress; Andriy Shevchenko, the Ambassador of Ukraine to Canada; and Borys Wrzesnewskyj, Head of the Parliamentary Committee on Immigration and Citizenship, accompanied by his family. In addition to the exhibition, the House of Lobortas presented the American-Ukrainian magazine ‘InLove’ to the distinguished guests and the Ukrainian community.
P.S.The Canada-Ukraine Business Forum was initiated by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine as part of an international project to bolster Canada-Ukraine trade and investment over five years, with a total budget of 13.5 million Canadian dollars.
